Guidelines for on-line Registration

කරුණාකර ඔබේ නිවැරදි තොරතුරු මෙහි ඇතුළත් කරන්න (සහතික පත්‍රය නිකුත් කරනු ලබන්නේ ඔබ විසින් ඇතුලත් කරනු ලබන තොරතුරු මත පදනම්වය)
Passport (4.5 cm *3.5cm) ප්‍රමාණයේ ජායාරූපයක් ඇතුලත් කරන්න
පහත සදහන් ගිණුම් අංකයට විභාග ගාස්තුව රු 6,000.00 ක් ගෙවා රිසිට්පත ද ඇතුළත් කරන්න
(JLCT Exam Fee: 4,500.00 + Application Fee: 1,000.00 + Service Charges: 500.00 = Total: 6,000.00)
විභාගයට පෙනීසිටින්නාගේ අනන්‍යතාව තහවුරු කිරීම සදහා ජාතික හැදුනුම්පතෙහි හෝ ගුවන්ගමන් බලපත්‍රයේ. පිටපතක් ද ඇතුළත් කරන්න

Please upload Applicant’s copy of National Identity Card or a copy of Passport for Identification purpose.
